What’s a pond without fish? That’s why at CVA you will find plenty of vibrant fish longing to find a new home in your pond.

We keep an assortment of sizes and species of hardy, colourful goldfish such as Sarasa Comets, Yellow comets and Shubunkins.

We specialise in stocking ornamental grade A Koi Carp. The stunning varieties, colours and markings on our Koi brighten any pond. Keep a look out for our Chagoi, Soragoi and Ochiba Koi when we have new deliveries. They are some of the first to go out the door. This is due to their tame nature and are great at encouraging the rest of the pond fish to be more confident and tame.

Orf and Tench can be added for something different. Orf stick together well in shoals. Whereas Tench are more of a bottom dweller but are a popular delight with a lot of customers.

Not forgetting the ever popular Sturgeon. These intriguing bottom dwellers are a great addition to a pond. Long nose and diamond back sturgeon are among some of the more commonly found varieties, preferring very cool and highly oxygenated water conditions. They require plenty of food on a regular basis and should be done so with a sturgeon specific pellet.
